Beta Testing for Internet Campus 2.0

Dear Internet Campus,

We are very excited to announce that the NEW Internet Campus is almost here! Some of its new features include closed captioning, real-time user IP mapping, embedded chat, improved sermon notes and a new ultra-high bandwidth stream for full-screen and flat panel viewing.

Lord willing, June 27 will be our public launch. However, for adequate testing, we need to simulate a live Sunday service with a large pool of users. I would like to invite each of you to preview Internet Campus 2.0 this Sunday. I would also like to ask you to provide feedback and report any bugs that may have gone overlooked. Here are the instructions:

  1. For the 10:45 AM service this Sunday, use this link. The page will open 15 minutes prior to the service.
  2. For the 5:30 PM Frontline service this Sunday, use this link. The page will open 15 minutes prior to the service.
  3. Following each service, let us know what you thought by filling out this survey.
  4. Please invite as many people as you would like! Our goal is to put a large load on the servers in order to simulate a live Sunday service.

We are very excited about this new tool and our prayer is that it would be a reliable and effective way to impact secular Washington and the world with the message of Christ. Thank you in advance for lending us assistance toward that end.

In Christ,

Brandon

  1. New website seems to work great. One question, is there any way to get archived SERVICES vs archived sermons only? The entire service, including the worship part? I had wanted to introduce a member of my family in WI to the service today since I know the parents of one of the worship leaders. But when you go to the archive you only get the sermons, not the worship part. It seems this would be a great way to attract others to the website. Am I missing something? Thanks.

  2. Hello Peter,

Currently we only offer archived sermons on the website, due to size and copyright issues.

Glad you’re enjoying the new site!
